We have painted Salish Estates by Roche Point, Nahanee Woods in the Northlands, gated Windermere and all four buildings at Executive Place in Central Lonsdale, and moss and wood repair came up on most of them.
Every repaint starts the same way: we walk the complex with you or your site contact, probe the wood, and write down every surface. Council gets a price it can compare and a schedule it can share with owners.
