PLANNING AND BUDGETS

Colour consultation in Metro Vancouver.

Choosing colours for a whole complex is rarely simple, and in a strata it is often a vote. We help you narrow the options, paint samples on site so you can see them in real light, and record the final colours and products for future touch-ups.

  • ✓Review of the existing scheme
  • ✓Colour options for body, trim and doors
  • ✓Samples on site
  • ✓Material for owner consultation
  • ✓Advice on sheen
  • ✓Colour and product records

Dave Holsworth, Salish Estates
“Clayton, of MPDA did an excellent job of monitoring the quality of work, and progress of the project with regular inspection reports to Council, and our Management Company.”
Victor Murray, Westglen
“Goran gave us a good estimate of work and helped us construct a realistic contingency budget for unforeseen wood repair, etc. This helped our council move forward with a budget we could present to the owners.”

FAQ

Questions we hear

Does changing our colours need a vote?

It can. A significant change to the appearance of common property generally needs a 3/4 vote in BC. Check with your property manager.

Can you keep our current colours?

Yes. We match them, then record the formulas so it is easy next time.
