We review the accessible surfaces with you or your site contact, at no cost and with no obligation to book.

A written price
A contractor price for an agreed scope, written so a council can compare it and vote on it.

Our own painters
The painting is done by our own crews. When the job also needs carpentry or renovation work, we take care of that too, and you keep one contact.
- 04
Notice before we arrive
Start dates for each building ahead of time, so owners and tenants can plan around the work.
- 05
Documents up front
WorkSafeBC clearance and certificate of insurance with every quotation, plus product and colour records at the end.
- 06
A clean site
Equipment stowed and work areas cleaned every day. Landscaping and anything close to the building protected.
- 07
A final walk-through
We walk the finished work with you, list what needs another look and fix it before the crew leaves.
Site safety
Residents and crews share the same site, often for months. Safety is planned before we arrive.

- ✓Commercial general liability insurance, certificate on request
- ✓Fall protection on roofs and lifts or scaffolding for high elevations
- ✓Daily tidy-up of tools, ladders and materials
