Do residents have to move their cars?
Only for the section we are working on. Notices go out in advance, with the dates for each level.
Do you repair cracked concrete?
We fill and prepare surfaces for paint. Structural cracks and waterproofing need an engineer’s review first, and we will tell you if we see something that needs one.
